WHAT HAPPENS BEFORE THE EVENT:
Once you have made a booking, the artist will get in touch with you to confirm details. This is the time to share any details you feel is important for the artist to know. Examples include, location of the henna table at the event; parking information or anything else that will help the artist. Communication is important to us so please feel free to stay in touch regularly, especially if there are any changes in booking requirements!

WHAT HAPPENS ON THE DAY: We require that all clients provide a plastic covered table and at least two chairs per artist. If this is a large event, a couple of extra chairs to help people in line who may have difficulty standing for a period of time will be useful.

The artist will arrive around 15 minutes before an event to settle in and needs time after the event to pack up. These times are not charged to the client.

HENNA APPLICATION: The artist brings a range of designs for each guest choose from. Please bear in mind that the artist normally applies approximately 8-12 medium sized designs per hour and this should be taken into consideration when booking. We also provide free glitter to sprinkle on the henna design. The glitter simply makes the design look pretty but falls off with the paste.

SAFETY: Our artists only use our own home made natural, organic henna paste that contains NO chemicals. WE DO NOT USE BLACK HENNA and refuse to accept any request to apply it at an event. Our cones are made from henna leaf powder, water, sugar, and essential oils for events where children or people with health concerns are the primary crowd. In general events, in addition to the ingredients listed earlier, we add organic lemon juice as a preservative.

Our company makes sure that all the henna products we use or provide are chemical free, organic, eco friendly (whenever possible) and safe. If you have any allergies to certain essential oils or citrus products, we can tailor the henna paste to avoid irritating ingredients.

We provide services for all types of events, including but not limited to: birthdays, weddings, fundraisers, company picnics, annual charity events, bat/bar mitzvahs, and corporate events. We also provide henna for individuals and small group henna.

Our artists reserve the right to work in comfortable conditions. They require good lighting, satisfactory temperatures and good ventilation. If the event is outdoors, alternative indoor arrangements must be in place in case of weather concerns.

Make sure the table and chairs are stable and not placed on an incline.

Do not place the henna table next to speakers.

Please note that one of our artists is disabled and may require assistance carrying her henna supplies if henna event is held a distance from the parking site.
