If you are hosting an event where your CEO flew in, his slides better look good, and there should be a back-up computer on-line, ready to select. There should be no Glare on the Screens. If you are managing a Medical Advisory Board of (usually 12-20 Docs), and you want them recorded for Transcription, that audio must be Broadcast Quality. These scenarios are typical for us. Joe Jaime's career is approaching 41 years of Industry experience in the fields of Audio Visual, Custom Video Production including, Scripting, Shooting, Editing, and Distribution. He is also an accomplished Event Photographer and often teams up with his wife who is also a professional photographer.
While most of Joe's Clients include not only some of the biggest companies in Houston, he also works with Production and AV Houses providing Expertise and even Crew. "It's not just about the AV, Lighting, Sound and Projection", says Joe, "It's what it is supposed to do for the client. Why is this important? Because even though Marshall McLuhan was right, "The medium IS the message" Joe also owns the idea, that PEOPLE are the Reason for the message. Every person attending your event must have the same experience you designed, when you engineered your event. We will join you in a site search and point out what will work, and what will not. Work with us to schedule a time that works for both of our schedules. We can also help you find the best venue for what you have in mind. Some venues work better than others. For example, if you are using Projection, can we get the screen (s) high enough for all to see? How is ambient lighting, too bright, too dim and dreary, controllable or "is it a case of What you see is What You get" ? Is the venue lighting and or sound in good repair or are lamps burnt out and speakers blown? Technical questions like this are very important and have a direct effect on your budget. If you are using house Sound it's best for us to test it for you. Nobody likes a show they cannot see or hear. What about safety? Can we set-up technology in a way that keeps safety risks controlled or are people hanging all over the gear? If your provider is not asking these kind of questions, we recommend you ask him why not? Do you really want someone who is just going to roll the dice or someone that knows 80% of any media event is thorough pre-planning? One thing about us, we are not just about telling you what you want to hear, sometimes the bad news delivered in advance of the event is actually good news. We are EXTREMELY safety minded. There is no such thing as an event worth someone getting hurt. If there is no safe way to do what you want, we will tell you and come up with better and safer methods. Pyrotechnics is a great example. Sometimes in some venues there is no safe way to do it and if there is, who wants to breath smoke?
