Almost 2 years after our wedding we still do not have our album. We were initially given low quality proofs, but only received them after asking a year after the wedding. They are slow to respond, and do not give updates on the status of things once the wedding is done. They promise that they are both photographers, and they will document things seperately, but the husband is the only one who really takes photos.
