I have played the bagpipes as both a solo artist and band member for eight years. I'm a member of The College of Wooster Pipe Band and the Queen City Pipe Band. I am currently competing in grade 1 piping. I have played at many venues including Boy Scout ceremonies, school events, golf outings, weddings, funerals and stage productions. Traditional highland dress is featured in each booking. My portfolio features but is not limited to all traditional bagpipe tunes.
I highly recommend Jacob. We had a special family celebration for my mother, who is Scottish and has dementia. Jacob was thoughtful, and played songs that she was able to sing along with. She was overjoyed. It was the hit of the party. He is great on the pipes, and was decked out in appropriate attire. Everyone love it. Thank you Jacob!
Jacob performed for our St. Patrick’s Day party. He played requests and was a huge hit with our guests. 10/10 would recommend. He is communicative, pleasant, and an excellent bagpiper!
Jacob’s playing was the perfect touch and Jacob, himself, was the perfect guy for our Memorial Service in honor of husband, father, brother, cousin and friend to many, Rod Porter. Rod was a US Army Ranger, who earned the Purple Heart, the Bronze Star and the Silver Star while serving in Vietnam. We thank Jacob for his quiet dignity and respect for the occasion, which resonated in his playing of the pipes. Thanks again Jacob. You made it more special than it already was.

Jacob was hired to play for our 80 year old Papa for his birthday. It was a surprise gift to help make memories instead of receiving material gifts. Jacob was on time and is an extremely polite and talented young man. He knew papa was a veteran and Jacob played a few patriotic hymns and several Scottish songs and of course Happy Birthday.
