James was great! He was able to play the song I requested and help me give an amazing proposal! Huge thanks! Highly recommend.
We hired James for a cocktail party and it was a perfect fit! The music was engaging and entertaining but not too overbearing. Instrumental music was a perfect choice for our type of event as we had people talking.

I’ve hired James for a private dinner/party at my rooftop. He arrived earlier for set up and he was ready to start playing at the time we agreed. Great musician and good energy. I recommend him for any musical event!

James Labrosse is an established and versatile guitar player and composer and thus a fantastic option my my own and other musicians' bookings. His musical abilities include a very diverse and engaging repertoire, reaching from exotic flamenco and latin music styles to Pop, Jazz and Top 40s songs, all underlined by a warm and mellow guitar sound that reveals his passion for music and naturally pleases the listeners ears or motivates to start dancing. James has an open and inviting personality and is able to create a great atmosphere while performing as well as off stage. His performances feature a splendid selection of technical gear and features that turn any occasion into an unforgettable experience while always fitting the mood of the venue and the audience. I would never hesitate hiring James since he is one of the best at his job and on top stands out with his punctuality, professionalism and responsiveness.

James performed at a private event of mine. He did a solo set of acoustic guitar, beautiful selection of songs both covers and originals. He can play pretty much anything!
He was professional, on time, brought all of his own gear, appropriate attire and was very kind and charming with people at the event.
I definitely recommend him to lighten up any kind of event you might be hosting (private party, house gathering, wedding reception, etc...) Thank you James!
