Jessica Hitte

While leading God's people into worship, my main focus is staying in tune with what God is saying in that moment and letting His raw, unfiltered words flow through me in a unique, prophetic and spontaneous way. Before I ever sit down to write or open my mouth to sing, I pray the same prayer: "God, let them hear You". I don't know why He's chosen me, but I am empty and ready for anything He needs from me. I just want any word or note that comes out of me to point people to Jesus Christ.
When I minister, my desire is that people's eyes are opened to the fact that, not only is God CAPABLE of redeeming them, but that He is WILLING and actively waiting to do it. He will never give up on us.

Jessica Hitte's music embodies the message of Psalms 59:16, "But as for me, I will sing about your power. Each morning I will sing with joy about your unfailing love. For you have been my refuge, a place of safety when I am in distress." Her testimony is one that truly displays God's passionate and patient love for His people.

Jessica was born in Sevierville, Tennessee where a loving, musical family who had a passion for ministry adopted her. She was raised in Dalton, Georgia and started singing at the age of three while a member of Dalton Church of God, where she remained a faithful member until the age of 20. She attended Patten University in Oakland, California for three years on a music scholarship and traveled with the Patten Singers ministering and promoting the school.

She then went on to finish obtaining her degree in Elementary Education at Lee University in Cleveland, Tennessee, and traveled with the Lee University Campus Choir. It was there, in that choir, that she experienced the Holy Spirit in such a way that her hunger for more pulled her into writing songs to share her own testimony of God's faithfulness.
