Jessica Lewis

She been teaching dance since 2001. She currently teaches Modern, Contemporary and Hip-Hop at Not Your Ordinary Dancers and is the Co-Director of the award winning Competition Team. Jessica began dancing at a young age and continued studying dance through high school attending the Red Bank Regional High School Performing Arts Program. She was chosen to tour across the country with the Dance Olympus Dance Convention and performed in several Off Broadway shows and local community productions as both an actress and dancer.

Jessica then went on to study Communications at Northeastern University in Boston, where she was a member of the Northeastern University Dance Company, NUDANCO, as both a featured dancer and choreographer and office committer member.

Jessica has been hired to work on many different dance projects ranging from choreographing fundraising events to weddings, tree lightings, parades as well as orchestrating flash mobs. Jessica has taught master classes all across NJ and has received several regional choreography awards and has been recognized for her choreography nationally. She has gone on to see many of her students pursue professional dance careers and enjoys helping her aspiring students realize their true potential.

Jessica loves unique projects and working with people who want to dance but never have. She loves working with children and adults and can customize any experience. Jessica also has a solid network of dancers that can be utilized for performances and other events if needed.
