Jim E Leggs is comprised of alumni from various well-known projects in the Western NY region, including Miche Fambro, Heroes For Ghosts (A Pink Floyd Tribute), Metro Vibe, and The Blue Lights.

p.s: And yes, the name of the band comes from the Seinfeld reference about Kramer's girlfriend's restless leg syndrome, otherwise known, according to Kramer, as the "Jimmy Leg".
