John Butler

John is a professional Classical and Jazz guitarist who has been performing for over 25 years. He specializes in performing music for recitals, corporate functions, weddings, and special occasions. The range of John’s repertoire is very diverse, encompassing many styles such as Classical, Jazz, Spanish, Bossa Nova, Flamenco and Popular guitar music. He has performed at many venues over the years including performances at the Kennedy Center, Austrian Embassy, and Wolf Trap. In addition to John’s extensive performing career, John has taught at many institutions including, the Washington Conservatory of Music, College of Southern Maryland, and Mary Washington University.
