“…seductive siren, Jolie Goodnight, a muse not to be missed.” – The Denver Post
Jolie Goodnight is a burlesque singer/songwriter, producer and multi-award winner at the Texas Burlesque Festival and other prestigious events. Hailing from Austin, Texas, she has been producing and performing burlesque across the globe for 15 years, with city appearances including London, New York, LA and Belfast.
She is an accomplished recording artist having released two albums and EPs. Across radio, print and TV, Jolie has attracted many press interviews building her reputation for over a decade and is a sought after artist featuring at major shows including her own co-production, the Jigglewatts Burlesque Revue. A dynamic presence she has modelled for brands such as Secrets in Lace, Lucky Lou and Vivienne of Holloway.
Although she is hailed as “... a voice that could melt a stone heart,” (MOJO Magazine) Goodnight is well known for her dirty blues tunes and surprising audiences with a larger than life voice, a voice that’s been said to “drip from her mouth like sweet molasses.” In 2017 she starred as Texas Burlesque legend Candy Barr in "STRIP! The Musical" as well as New York burlesque legend Honey Harlow.
She released her debut album "Say Goodnight Gracey" and sophomore album “First Time Again!” to much critical acclaim, and is the winner of “Audience Choice" and “Best Tease” at the Texas Burlesque Festival as well as runner up Miss Viva Las Vegas. Growing up in a showbiz family, Goodnight has shared the stage with stellar music icons as Willie Nelson, Elvis Costello, Emmylou Harris, Chris Stapleton, Sam Palladio, as well as modern and legendary icons of burlesque.
She’s is a Co-Producer of the Award-Winning Jigglewatts Burlesque Revue and Producer of the Stardust Burlesque Revue in Austin, Texas and co-Producer of Les Bijoux Burlesque in Dallas, Texas. as well as the creator of podcast “Made of Stardust” and front-woman for rockabilly band Jolie and The Jackalopes and swing band, Jolie Goodnight & Her Stardust Band. As your “Beacon in the Night” Jolie Goodnight has toured nationally and internationally and has performed at Burlesque Hall of Fame Weekend (BHOF weekender,) Colorado Burlesque Festival, The Windy City Burlesque Festival, New Orleans Burlesque Festival, Southwest Burlesque Festival, the Perth Fringe Festival in Australia, and more!
Jolie's Rockabilly band, Jolie & The Jackalopes is a freewheeling, skinny dipping, hot rodding, high rolling "cosmic-billy" band. Jolie & The Jackalopes combines the hi-tone sound of rockabilly with the groover’s paradise of the Austin Sound, playing both original and old school tunes. Daughter of legendary producer Joe Gracey and singer songwriter Kimmie Rhodes, singer Jolie Goodnight has decided to carry the torch of the vast array of cowboy poets of the cosmic persuasion. She was raised in the world of Rockabilly, Country and Americana music under the tender love and care of coloring on Willie Nelson’s tour bus, of matching shirts and happy-birthday-answering-machine-messages from Waylon Jennings, and of nights spent backstage watching Kimmie with Rosie Flores. As a throwback to her parents' band “Kimmie Rhodes & The Jackalope Brothers” Goodnight has a rocking array of modern rockabilly musicians including Dylan Cavalier (Chop Tops, Chadd Thomas,) Jorge Harada (Dragstrip 77, Rosie Flores,) and James Gwyn (Junior Brown, Whiskey Shivers.) Jolie & The Jackalopes honors a legacy while energetically rocketing into the future!
