We recently had the pleasure of hosting a broker open at Beachside in Galveston, and the jazz trio truly elevated the experience. Their professionalism was top-notch, arriving punctually and setting up seamlessly. It was clear from the first note that they genuinely know their craft—each musician brought an impressive level of skill and passion to their performance. I hosted a small cocktail reception in my home. Spencer, the pianist, provided the perfect background music. Numerous of my guests told me how perfect the music was - varied tempos, but always in the background so as to add to the evening as opposed to being the focus. A wonderful occassion.

Prestige Performances absolutely stole the show at my recent birthday celebration! With a guest list of 170 people, we needed a band that could fill the room with energy and sophistication, and they delivered beyond our expectations.

Damian Garcia and the band he assembled was extremely professional and sounded GREAT. He assembled a group of jazz musicians, including a bass and saxophone, to perform custom jazz covers of popular songs. He was more than happy to edit the set list with me, and was super easy to work with when coordinating the 'Grand Entrance' of the event. He and the band arrived early to set up, and took great cues throughout the night. He even let us borrow his speaker for the rest of the night after he and his team left.

I would recommend him for any formal or professional event you're throwing. He was super easy to work with and the band really conformed to our vision and requests. Cannot praise them enough!

Damian was great to work with from the very start all the way through the event. We hired the quartet for a corporate awards dinner and they provided great, upbeat music that received rave reviews all around. If in the area again, I'd definitely use Damian again.

I am so glad I hired Damian for a holiday party that I had at my home last weekend. He put together a trio (keyboard, base, and percussion) and they were incredible! They arrived on time and looking like a million bucks, all wearing black suits. The music was SO cool and so gorgeous - they played a great mix of groovy jazz and several holiday tunes. They were all great entertainers; they were really into playing and truly made the party so special. Also, they are all very professional, nice people. The singer even wore an amazing dress that matched the feel of the party perfectly while the rest of the band showed up in suits with bow ties. The band was very professional and flexible with placement. I've worked with a lot of entertainment and you never know what level of professionalism you are going to get in hiring a band. I know my review is EXTREMELY late but I have to say, Damian is an outstanding musician. He was hired to play for a wedding I coordinated last year and it a great experience. Not only was he completely professional and highly skilled as a musician, but he was also flexible and knowledgeable when it came to working with the singer who was hired as well. I would highly recommend Damian for any wedding or special event.

I reached out to Damian about playing piano for our wedding ceremony. He went above and beyond to learn any songs we requested, and he also reached out to a few of his friends to form a 3 piece jazz band for our reception dinner. We were super impressed with how great both he and the band sounded throughout the wedding. Although Damian moved to Austin (our wedding was in Dallas) between the time I first contacted him to the time of the wedding, he still honored his commitment to play our wedding. The only difficulty was contacting him within the last month of the wedding because he was incredibly busy with all the other gigs he was booking! But, I figured that must have meant he was very popular=). Thanks, Damian, for making our wedding a much more elegant and refined affair!

Damian Garcia was invited to play for us at an Induction Ceremony back in April and we enjoyed him and the whole quartet so much, that we invited him back to do our year-end celebration banquet this past month. I am extremely impressed with Damian's ability to pull together top-notch musicians. His groups have arrived well in advance of their scheduled time, have been set up and ready to go at show time, and above all, they sound absolutely heavenly! If I could have them set up in my living room each night, I would!

Damian was absolutely amazing! We hired him the weekend before our Roaring 20's Annual Casino Night & Auction and he really brought that special touch we were needing for our event! This was our first time hiring musicians for this type of event and people were RAVING about it! He even custom built a package for us in order to work within our non-profit budget . I ran a 3-day marketing conference for 250 people. Damian and his band played for 3 hrs during dinner and drinks ( background music), and everyone loved it.

Not only was the music amazing, the guys are true professionals with the right attitude.

Damian and his crew were wonderful to work with! They provided the perfect jazz music for our church's Fat Tuesday dinner. Loud enough to be festive but not too loud to overpower the room we were dining in. They were a lovely addition to our event and we hope to use them again in the future!

I was hosting a surprise 40th birthday party for my wife with the theme, "Breakfast at Tiffany's" and was looking for a solid jazz trio to come and play some mood music. I talked with Damian about the style for a few minutes and left the set list in his hands.

The day arrived and I was a bit nervous because as a musician myself, I know how artists can tend to be late and flaky to say the least. As I'm driving up with my wife to take her in, I'm praying that Damian and his band are there and ready to make the party sizzle with the right music we talked about. 50's party jazz...not the crap in the elevator that puts you to sleep!

My fears were completely unnecessary, thank God! The party was a huge success in part due to the PERFECT set list and amazing performances by Damian on keys, an equally amazing standup bass player and highlighted on drums with the right amount of brushes and sticks (can't remember their names...but after this any friend of Damian is a friend of mine!).

To say the least, it was a groovy, 50's private party throwback performance that would have made Holly Golightly squeal with delight! I know my wife did!

Damian played traditional Christmas music for our party which helped to make it a festive event. Several guests commented on how much they enjoyed the music.

We were thrilled to have Damian play for our Christmas church jazz brunch. He was gracious, played excellently, and was a delightful bonus to our event. We hope to have him next year!

I hired Damian Garcia to accompany me for a couple of my singing engagements, and he’s fabulous! Damian is very professional and knows jazz music and standards very well. We had very little rehearsal time to practice the vocal standards I was performing, but he followed me and extemporized his jazz solos beautifully. Damian lives in Denton, but was willing to travel to Austin for my last event. He works very well with soloists and can even help you find extra instrumentalists. I would highly recommend him as a piano accompanist or stand-alone jazz pianist for your event.
