Santa Jerry and Mrs. Clause attended our event the beginning of December. Overall, I am pleased with the experience. They posed for pictures and interacted with the children. They also participated in our awards ceremonies and helped pass out awards to our participants. My only feedback and concern was when they arrived they did not arrive in costume ready to do. This is totally fine and I understand it could raise questions for children to see Santa driving down the road and getting out in the parking lot. However, the first hour of our schedule time was spent helping them conceal and bring in their costumes and then they had to get dressed and ready. This was frustrating but really once they were in character they were great.
