I spent hours going back and forth with Laure, I told her my date and location with my initial request for a quote... We went over design and pricing and then after several emails back and forth she asks me my date AGAIN and location AGAINand then says sorry we have a wedding that day. Completely unprofessional and a waste of my time. I honestly think once she found out I wanted a small arch she came up with this we are booked for a "wedding,"and even if that is the case and you get booked 8 or 9 months in advance, you may want to lead with what is your date!!! I mean my party is 11/22/15. Completely unprofessional and wasted a lot of my time. I will be sure never to call them again. I throw a lot of events and I will be sure to spread the do not use word about this company.
