All of Julia's comedy comes from real life events with a bit of a twist. The comedy is somewhat suggestive in nature (in a fun way!), but not explicit. No foul language, just lots of fun. The comedy has been described as a "been there, done that" reality check. Audiences of any age enjoy the material, however audiences 40+ really relate because many of them are going through the very same thing. Julia's signature bit is about growing older and the challenges that creates.

Learning to laugh has become a way of life for Julia Anne, actually a way of survival. Having survived abusive relationships, two near fatal car accidents and five major spine surgeries Julia has gone from barely walking to walking on stage to share her life as both a professional comedian and award winning speaker with Toastmasters International and The MonStars of Motivation.

Since 2009 Julia has been performing comedy for audiences throughout the United States and has been a regular at her home clubs- receiving excellent reviews. She has opened for a wide array of well known comedians- including Del Van Dyke, Jimmy Walker, Mike E. Winfield, Mickey Joseph, Rick Pulido, Willie Tyler and Lester and Mark Pitta. She is available as an Opener, Host or Feature act and even has her own sound equipment and lighting- just in case you would like to bring a comedy show to your own venue, but don't own your own equipment. Julia can even coordinate an entire show for you- with hilarious comics to meet your needs!

Julia’s comedy is all original and comes from her own life experiences. The only items needed are a stage microphone in an adjustable stand so Julia can have her hands free, a small table or stool that is approximately three feet tall and an audience ready to have fun!
