Im a local San Diego musician of 14 yrs in the local music scene as a one man show though at times I do bring accompaniment if necessary. I play acoustic pop, folk, rock, blues and R&B.
As a one man band Im able to utilize a guitar, tambourine (tastefully,) harmonica & vocals all together. I have a large list of songs ranging from hits of the 60's to current.
I've been entertaining for about 25 years & know how to keep the good times rollin'. I'm also capable of playing the ambient background musician role.

The audience can expect a dynamic show filled with everything from upbeat dance music to kick back and relax ambient. I play a diverse mix of music from AWOL NATION, Al Green and The Beatles to Daft Punk and Led Zeppelin. Throughout my show you'll find a large array of soulful vocals, sharp tasty harmonica solos, smooth guitar work and subtle percussion backing me the whole time. Some people come up and inquire as to how I'm getting all that sound. They think I'm using technology so they're amazed to find out I play all the instruments myself. I know how to keep the energy high with sing alongs and dance classics as well as just keep a mellow mood with soft hits and mellow renditions. You won't find too much dead air in my performances. I keep the night going with song after song. I have all the means necessary to keep the music going during breaks as well if the venue or client is unable to provide intermission music. I'm very self sufficient and don't require much aside from a point toward the stage. Though I like to have fun I always show respect toward the audience and do my best to take as many requests as possible. No offensive jokes or songs. My main job is to get people to loosen up and enjoy themselves so I do my best to make that happen. Nothing makes me happier than a satisfied audience.

For smaller venues I have a small amp set up with two channels for one instrument and one mic. For medium sized venues I have a 120 wt PA or a 200 wt PA. For an additional charge I can provide a full band if needed. We can negotiate around your budget. I work with several talented back up musicians that also bring a very tasteful dynamic to the show. The band can also provide it's own sound system if needed.
