Very professional

The photographer was very thorough and took pictures for our non traditional last minute wedding, my friends and family loved him although I didn’t get my pictures yet i know I’ll be great

Karl was an absolute pleasure to work with and his photographs are incredible. We are so happy with the photos from our son’s baptism that we wish we knew Karl sooner so he could have photographed our wedding. He captured all the special moments and gave us photos that we adore. He was also extremely professional and courteous. He took the time to learn about our ceremony and tailored everything to us. I highly recommend Karl and would hire him again without a doubt!

From start to finish and everything in between Karl was amazing. He messaged me beforehand asking for every little detail in order for him to have a better understanding of the party and for him to put a plan of action in to take the best photographs. We were blown away by the photos that were taken when we received them. He captured everything better than we could have asked him to. Would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a photographer.

We hired a photographer for our party b/c I didn't want guests to feel burdened by needing to capture moments. Karl took that and ran with it. He was but one man, but somehow captured it all! Truly excellent and was very inconspicuous amongst the guests! Quick turnaround with the photos after the party was over as well. A+ would absolutely work with again.

I reached out to Karl in an emergency situation 3 weeks before our wedding date because our last photographers double booked us and we ended up cancelling with them. Karl had no trouble at all with doing a short-notice job and the photos came out amazing!

On our wedding day he even arrived a little early to do photos of the venue details which was great. He took plenty of candid photos and posed ones — just as requested. My husband and I are so happy with the results. The turn around time for edits was faster than I have ever heard of a photographer being able to do.

Karl was very detailed and took care to get the right lighting and everyone we wanted in each shot. Great at directing us as well, especially those of our guests who aren’t used to getting portraits done or might be camera shy. I especially appreciate that the bridesmaids were just as comfortable with him while getting ready as the groomsmen were.

This was our first time working with Karl and he did a fantastic job! We have a Kitchen Views showroom at Oxford Lumber in Oxford, CT and needed to find a photographer in that area to take pictures of a kitchen and the designer for use in our marketing programs. Karl made our kitchen designer feel comfortable and had her interacting with flowers and fruit he brought with him for the occasion. He also took some beautifully posed photos of her in the kitchen she designed. She looks very natural and happy. Karl did a beautiful job staging the room with the items he brought and made great use of items the homeowner had. We are planning another photo shoot soon for another of our kitchen designers. I'm very happy that we found Karl through GigSalad and highly recommend him.

We had a surprise 70th Disco Themed Party for my father and hired Karl. From the moment of my inquiry Karl did an amazing job! The communication was superb and his attention to detail regarding our party and venue was incredibly impressive. He genuinely seemed interested in making the experience for us a great time, it seemed like more than a "gig". He was early to arrive at the venue and was all ready to go by the time he was supposed to start. Throughout the event it was clear that he was making a very large effort at all times to take a variety of pictures and afterwards the turnaround time on receiving the pictures was very fast. The only issue I have is that I did not know about Karl when I get married!

Karl is one of a kind. Punctual and prompt to arrive and was able to produce wonderful photos with very little direction from us. All of our guests loved Karl and the photos are amazing! The photos were delivered well within the time frame articulated. Fiancé cannot stop looking at the photos of family and friends… they are that wonderful.

Karl did an amazing job capturing our wedding! You can tell he really loves what he does. He was super attentive from the very beginning with responding to emails to the end when asking for special requests with videos and photos and everything in between. He had all our photos and videos done in less than two weeks and his editing skills are impressive. He listened to our requests and had a great eye for places to take photos and helped with posing. The photos he took were gorgeous! He captured really sweet moments and was quick to capture hilarious shots that we will cherish forever. All of our guests were super impressed with how he operated throughout the wedding. We had multiple people ask where we found him and everyone who talked to him loved his personality. Karl has taken photos of our home for display on the web; family reunion photos; and individual portraits, He has captured photos of a family member and her dogs. I don't know how he did it, but he had the dogs posing as though they had done it all their lives.
He is imaginative, thoughtful and patient. I especially like his candid shots with us such as playing golf and portraits during golden hour.
He displays professionalism at all times and is never intrusive when taking photos at an event.
