kicking Jacksie! is ready to play pretty much anywhere, with sound and lighting equipment powerful enough for a large venue, or they can gear it way down for a small, intimate gathering of friends.
The music is high energy, toe tapping fun, with a slow ballad here and there in the mix. Songs to make you laugh, songs to make you feel something deep, and songs to keep the party going!

Kicking Jacksie! is an acoustic/electric roots band that plays all original songs, and some tasty covers in a "Folkabilly" style combining rockabilly, country, folk, blues and bluegrass. The music is good for dancing or just fun listening!
Jack plays guitar, harmonica and banjo, sings and writes most of the songs. Andy plays drums, percussion and sings. Marvin plays the upright bass and sings. Mike plays pedal steel guitar and sings.
The band is totally professional, and a lot of fun!
We've been doing this for a long time and we realize that every a group of people, every party, every festival is unique so we do whatever it takes to give everybody a great experience and make every event a success!
Kicking Jacksie! will supply all the sound and lighting equipment needed for any sized room, or the great outdoors.
