BlackRain Band brings classic Funk and R&B like no other, known for our unique style of making cover songs our own.
Our repertoire includes a wide range from Earth, Wind & Fire, Parliament Funkadelic, Rufus & Chaka Khan, Marvin Gaye to the Time Band, Cameo, Lakeside, the Gap Band, Go-Go, and more!
We perform at a variety of venues such as festivals, lounges, cabarets, birthday parties, house parties, and more!
BRB is located in the DMV area (Washington, DC, Maryland & Virginia), but we are willing to travel.

Kim was awesome, very engaging, she arrived on time,very perfessional, she connected with the audience. We danced while she performed, we joined in on some of the song. She was a great addition to an intimate 60th birthday party.

Our performance includes some choreography that is visually appealing to audiences. We coordinate our attire as well so that there is unity in presentation.
We know that your event is special! We come on time for a sound check so that everything is right sound-wise for your event. We begin our performance on time.
We can accommodate some song requests agreed upon by the client and band.
