Night Moves is THE first call convention, corporate and wedding act in Florida. First and foremost, the band is staffed with excellent musicians and entertainers, starting with a hard driving rhythm section of guitar, bass, drums and keys and featuring a male and a female front person/singer. A three piece horn section is an optional add-on. The band plays the top hits from the '40s all the way up to today's favorites and covers every genre of popular music including: Top 40’s, Jazz, Standards, '50s, '60s, Old School, Rhythm and Blues, Disco, Classic Rock, '80s, Modern Rock, Modern R&B, Latin, Tropical n Beach, Country and Southern Rock. But the real secret to this act, the thing that sets NightMoves apart from all the others, is the basic concept of the act itself.

NightMoves is all about high energy and audience participation. Your hosts, Kip and Jim are excellent and seasoned performers and know how get a party started and keep it going. The music is continuous with seamless integration of live and DJ/recorded music flawlessly integrated. The band changes music genre every 20 minutes and keeps the guest engaged with a follow the leader approach. The focus is always the party and the people themselves, INTERACTION is the key thing.

PRE-FUNCTION - Reception outside on the patio. Our guitarist or keyboard player provides background music with a small PA system or acoustically.

DINNER - Our concept of entertainment during dinner is a unique show. We provide a pleasing ambiance of music of Soft easy listening Music and/or world music, solos, jazz music with instrumental and vocal performances.

PROGRAM (Awards or Wedding Party intros) - Our male and/or female host, or both, will emcee your program and make sure it runs perfectly.

DANCE - No breaks. No band handing the show to DJ and back. The music and excitement are continuous.. the music never stops. Wanna line dance? We got that. Would you like to be a star and sing with the band? No problem. Got a song request? You'll hear it. NightMoves will give you a night you'll never forget.

MALE LEAD Kip Sweeny is a dance instructor, disc jockey, choreographer, male vocalist. He travels all over the world as a KC and the Sunshine Band and a Garth Brooks impersonator. He is the sole owner of JKS Production, an entertainment company providing all of his services. Kip was born from parents who were dancers who had a family tradition of roller skate choreography. Kip was employed at Church Street Station from 1993 until closing in 2000. There, much experience was gained by performing at banquets, parties, and corporate events serving hundreds to thousands of people at any given time. Work on three music videos ( ON YOUTUBE) is also a part of Kips credits. His choreography on “Cripple Creek” in 1998 gave him world wide recognition when it was recognized as the number one requested line dance in the world according to the professionals at the UCWDC World Dance Championships.

In 1999 Kip picked up an old Jim Stafford song called “Spiders and Snakes”. Kip wrote and added a third verse to the song and recorded it. He then choreographed a new line dance for the song and took it on tour along with a full music video (As seen on youtube). Today, Kip Sweeny has completed work on 6 other artist music videos and was contracted to work on television commercials for Pepsi, Ron Jons Surf shops and more.

Kip Sweeny works with All three major theme parks in Orlando, and takes pride in his bands as each has been approved by the Secrete Service to Perform for two different Presidency and many Governors and most fortune 500 companies. The Band has traveled over seas to perform for the military forces in The United Arab Emirates and will continue to reach every piece of the Earth that becomes available to them.
