Entertainment Management Group introduces, Cleveland’s own, Kent “Lanskyy1Mill“Hill. This artist has a lot of experience with music business; he has formally worked with, Los Angeles, California Promotion Company, “Transformers Music Group” and also an independent label head of “F.L.I.P Entrainment”. Lanskyy1mill’s hometown is Warrensville Heights, Ohio, which he performed many events where he has created a house hold name and buzz. During his career he has many inspirational entertainment figures growing up, from Dr. Dre, Snoop Dog, Warren G, Bone Thugs N Harmony, Biggie, Lox, Jay-z, Master P, Big Pun, T.I, and Scarface, just from this list you can tell that he has a diverse ear for music.

Lanskyy1mill has been rapping since he was in the seventh grade and has been working on developing a unique style, till the age of 25. His music career really took off when he went to the University of Akron, where he pledged Kappa Alpha Psi, Xi Xi Chapter, a fraternity within the Devine 9. During that time he utilized his skills from both his major of marketing and his fraternity, he began throwing parties and doing local shows/events. Though out his college experience, he gained a lot of knowledge about the music industry and about the specifics of doing promotions. After college Lanskyy1mill later began to work with a new indie record label called, F.L.I.P. (Family Loyalty Integrity Perseverance Entertainment), led by a neighborhood colleague Jonathan “Jigg”Sutherland.

Since the two of them combined, he has made great strides by forming partnerships with Connect Studios, TEMG, and other companies in order to transform the music industry in the Midwest. Kent '' Lanskyy1Mill '' Hill is said by fans to be an incredible rapper, with a monster delivery, remarkable text book street lyrics, and impeccable imagination when it comes to freestyle’s. He defiantly has what it takes to change the image and direction of hip hop.
