A performance may also include veil, zils (finger cymbals), Isis wings, sword and/or cane.

Let Laska add excitement, smiles, and positive energy to your event! Laska is as friendly and fun as she is talented. Adults and children alike enjoy her performances! Venues have included private parties, festivals, restaurants, universities, world dance events, and professional shows.

Laska also has a battery-operated bluetooth indoor/outdoor water resistant speaker and microphone if the venue does not have a means for playing music. The music is on a Smartphone.

Laska has been dancing professionally for over eight years at events in Connecticut, New York, Virginia, Georgia, and North Carolina. She trained as a cabaret dancer in New York and in Boston. She also spent three years studying Afro-Caribbean dance, and tried her hands (and feet!) at Jazz, Modern, Flamenco, Salsa, and Isadora Duncan dance. She danced with Lynchburg Tribal for five years (American Tribal Style Belly Dance), but now dances solo.

A sound system that connects to a Smartphone should be provided, preferably in the same room in which the performance is to take place. The sound system is an important part of the show and should be tested prior to Laska's arrival. Louder is usually better. Laska has a speaker that can be used as the main speaker if you don't have one or as a backup.

Please provide a safe place to change, as many costumes can be damaged if worn while driving.
