Background: Laura worked alone to manage a college graduation party for us for about 40-60 people. We hosted the party in Connecticut where my son attended college though we reside in Pennsylvania. We rented a large home for our stay and the party.
Laura was excellent and here is what I liked:
1. Laura arrived early to ensure she knew where everything was before she began her 'hired' work
2. Laura shared her expertise to help me plan for an enjoyable, efficiently run party. After sharing what I needed I asked her "what else do I need to think about? what else do I need that I have not planned for?" She answered both questions thoroughly and in her answers, filled all of the gaps that I had in my plans. Great!
3. Laura picked up items that I had forgotten or ran out of time to get and even planned to pick up the cake from the bakery on her way to the party. Saved me!
4. All of my guests loved Laura! Two of my most critical guests (we all have friends like that!) said she was wonderful. One guest asked me to find out if Laura would do work in Pennsylvania for her. The other guest told me I should hire Laura for my next son's graduation party (in 2020). Done! I already asked Laura to hold the date.
5. Laura was friendly and kind to all of the guests. Her kindness was extended through her friendly personality and also in 'how' she helped each guest with their needs. Our party was very informal and Laura brought her professionalism to a very informal environment making everyone feel welcome and well cared for.
6. Laura put in an extra hour at my (very last minute) request. She was doing such a phenomenal job, I asked her to stay longer and she was gracious enough to rearrange another commitment so that she could give us an additional hour that evening.
7. Laura's email and telephone conversations were all very professional and timely. She was very dependable in the planning process.
What I would ask Laura to change to improve her services? Nothing! She was perfect and everything she did was perfect. I would not change anything.
Would I recommend Laura? Absolutely! And I have already committed to hire her again in 2020. If I have a need sooner and she is willing to travel to Pennsylvania where I live, I will hire her again for those occasions.

We hired Laura's Bartenders for our wedding, and Laura and her staff really went above and beyond! Laura helped us figure out how many drinks we needed - from water, ice, beer, wine, and soda - to great detail. Without her we would have been totally lost. She and her staff also helped us set tables, and clean up at the end of the night. I had total trust in Laura through the whole process, and am super happy we chose her to work with! Highly recommended.
Laura and her staff were EXCELLENT! They performed incredibly well, despite the August heatwave. We felt as if they went beyond what waitstaff do. We look forward to asking for her expert service again!

We hired Laura & her team for our wedding weekend. They helped where the venue could not, such as extra cleanup after each phase of the event and always keeping the beverages stocked. From the very start when we needed help setting up the reception area, main food area, and the ceremony site - they kicked butt and got it all done flawlessly and on time. Laura & team were always smiling, energetic, and happy to help with any other tasks we needed done. My wife and I were simply blown away with how dedicated they were to our weekend. We would 100% recommend them to anyone looking for excellent, friendly service.

Laura and her staff were fabulous serving my guests for an outdoor wedding this past weekend in the Berkshires. My first contact with Laura was to help confirm the list and quantity of beverages for the wedding Numerous e-mails and phone calls in an extremely timely basis occurred to make sure I had a stocked bar for all to enjoy. She was considerate to send me an e-mail the morning of the wedding to tell me she was excited for a fun evening and would be arriving as scheduled making me feel very comfortable as the mother of the bride. She arrived on time and the entire staff was ready with a huge smile for each guest requesting their service. I was extremely please with Laura's professionalism and hope to use her again.
