From the beginning, Lawrence was so patient and kind when planning the details of our wedding. He was extremely flexible and helpful during the whole process. I knew when I met with Lawrence over the phone and from watching his videos that he was an entertainer and very charismatic but he exceeded all of our expectations. Our guests have not stopped telling us how great the band was and even want his contact information to book the band for their future events. Lawrence is the type of person who really cares about the work that he puts into every event that he attends. He was very communicative, extremely fun and engaging to work with, and the crowd was dancing all night long. Wonderful experience, and I’d recommend him in an instant.

We hired Lawerence to provide music for our daughter’s July 2024 wedding ceremony and cocktail hour (trio) and full 9-piece band for the reception. There are not enough superlatives to describe how wonderful our experience was. Lawrence is not just an exceptional musician and vocalist, he is kind, funny, professional, easy to work with. In the months leading up to the wedding, he talked with us over Zoom and via email to curate the sets we wanted for all aspects of our celebration. He and his band learned songs important to our family and played every song we asked for. In the weeks since the wedding, we’ve been concocting reasons to have a party and hire them again (and again). The wedding was filled with joy in large part because of Trailer and the Hitch. The dance floor was packed with generations from the bride and groom through grandparents all night with the crowd chanting “one more song” at 1 a.m. Hiring Lawrence and his band was once of the best decisions we made and worth every penny.

Booking Trailer and the Hitch for our wedding in Vermont in August 2024 was one of the best decisions we made. Lawrence Trailer and the entire band are incredible musicians and know how to keep everyone dancing all night long. We had Lawrence play acoustic guitar and do vocals solo during our welcome party the day before which was a huge hit. He did the same for our wedding ceremony which was followed by a trio for cocktail hour and an 11 piece band for the reception. These guys kick butt, are ridiculously talented and overall are just great human beings. Lawrence was super involved during the entire planning process and communication was great. Do not hesitate to book them for any event- you'll be glad you did. We and our guests keep talking about how they were the best band ever and how we didn't want the music to end!!

Lawrence was an absolute pleasure to deal with from the first exploratory call to the last song. He communicated (proactively) throughout the process to understand our vision and brought it to life. Incredible. Fantastic band, period, not just a fantastic wedding band. Musicianship top notch, vocals amazing, repertoire and range fantastic, knew how to read the crowd. Lawrence was wonderful to work with. Exceeded all expectations. Epic party. My wife and I are still enjoying it. Made such a difference, such an amazing addition to a great event. LT provided beautiful music for the ceremony, worked with us ahead of time to make it memorable and personal, provided great jazzy cocktail hour music, and then the main event — holy crap. Lawrence went way out of his way to give us an amazing night—hiring an additional musician, sending us cuts of our first song to practice dancing to, learning a whole bunch of songs we loved, and even sneaking a few surprises for us into the setlist that we'll remember forever. We had all these ideas of what we wanted to do during our wedding, but the music was so amazing that we ended up dancing the entire time. No regrets there!

Backstory: I found this band by accident, a 2 am Google search after a band fell through, which led me to my now -- "my one and only wedding band recommendation". Lawrence went above and beyond on all levels. He is not only a talented artist - he is SO easy to work with and thorough -- then he absolutely kills it onsite. Did I mention Lawrence and the band are NOT prima donnas?

Lawrence's energy is over-the-top infectious, his talent is unrivaled - he is the full package. He is a star and you get the best of him plus the band he pulls together - Eden's amazing lead vocals... the horn section.... bass and drums.... Andrew and Bryan's guitar/mandolin combo for the ceremony (playing Blackbird by the Beatles, then transitioning to Going to California by Led Zeppelin) -- then killing everything at the reception. An outdoor ceremony with an impending thunderstorm and last-minute pivot - no problem for this band. They knew it was the couple's wishes to get married outside and quickly set up and got out before any bad weather.

When you hire this band you get an amazing team working for the greater good, exceeding all expectations and making yourself look amazing!

Lawrence and his band performed at our wedding and were absolutely incredible! They were high energy, skilled, and made sure that everyone had the best time. We could not highly recommend them more highly!

What a rock star! Lawrence worked so hard every step of the way to make sure the entertainment for our wedding was perfect and every single guest commented on how amazing he and the band sounded. He did so much customization to make sure each song sounded just right and he totally nailed it. Our ceremony music sounded exactly as we had dreamt it would and the jazz trio during cocktail hour set the perfect tone for the evening. During reception, Lawrence drove the party in such a fantastic way, MC'ing us through the evening and really getting people out on the dance floor. Overall, just an amazing band and even better people.

Lawrence Trailer put together a fantastic 3 piece band and song list that exceeded our expectation. Lawrence voice is magical and his range and ability to deliver the songs was WOW. When my daughter first asked if he could sing an obscure song for their first dance, within hours he sent her a sample of him singing and playing it. Again- just blown away. I would highly recommend Lawrence and his wonderful band members.

Now the business side - again WOW. Extremely responsive, following up and guiding my daughter about what was needed for the wedding and reception. Stayed and played an extra hour because the party wouldn’t end. Worked with her on budget and put together the right people to meet her budget and blow all the guest away with the music. Again, he delivered what he promised. ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND HIM.

Lawrence and his band absolutely crushed it at our wedding this past weekend. His energy, charisma, and natural talent blew us all away. We had a live pianist and violin player for our ceremony, a jazz trio for cocktail hour and a seven piece band for the reception. Each and every band member was incredibly talented. If I had to do it all over again, I would choose Lawrence and his band time and time again.

There’s not enough words in the dictionary to perfectly describe how much I LOVED having Lawrence Trailer and the trio at my wedding. He exceeded our expectations a million times over. He was so personable, talented, and genuine. He was beyond easy to work with. And sounded amazing. He customized his set list to fit our music preferences, and made all our favorite songs sound even better! I loved how hyped up he got our crowd, and loved his energy! I want to throw another wedding just to have him back!! PLEASE do yourself a favor and hire them for your wedding. You will not regret it!!

We would recommend Lawrence to anyone and everyone! He is so talented and was incredible to work with. He’s like a musician/wedding planner and put together a schedule that made our night absolutely perfect.
Lawrence played acoustic guitar and sang for our ceremony - several different songs that we chose and he learned for us.
Then he played acoustic for our cocktail party. And then he and the band played for the entire reception, including our first dance song which he also learned and performed flawlessly for us.
He had everyone on the dance floor the whole night. Lawrence also put together an awesome medley of hits that everybody loves- it was the highlight of the night. Everyone we talk to says how amazing he was and how much fun they had.
My husband heard Lawrence playing at a local bar and contacted him through Instagram, and I’m so glad he did.
He offers up different reception timelines so you can choose how your night will play out and then he works to make sure everything goes off without a hitch.

We were in a bind for a last minute performer for our annual block party this year and received a recommendation for Lawrence. We normally have a band perform, but let me tell you- this man brings the energy of a whole band. Lawrence is an incredibly talented and versatile guitar player with an incredible voice. All the party goers commented on how fantastic he was and how friendly he was to chat with between sets. Lawrence joined us for my wife’s 40th birthday party and he was awesome! He made the party and people have not yet stopped talking about him.
He was very professional, punctual and most importantly skilled and talented. His song list was extraordinary and he was still happy to learn a couple more. His music is worth every dollar. He’s such a nice guy, he was like having another friend at the party. I interviewed multiple musicians to assure I was having the right person join our special event and I hesitate just a little in giving this review because I don’t want it interfering with the next time I book him!

Where to begin… from our first meeting with Lawrence we knew he was the perfect musician to enhance our wedding day. We booked Lawrence for a ceremony trio, live music during cocktail hour, and DJ music for the main reception and dancing. Leading up to the wedding he was extremely professional, diligent, and communicative to ensure the day went smooth. He gave suggestions and brought awareness to elements of the day that we hadn’t thought of - the guy knows his stuff. The day of was EPIC!!! From the second he played at the ceremony to the last song of the night, Lawrence and his fellow musicians rocked, and helped make sure the dance floor was packed. During and following our weddin, guests gave many many compliments about how Lawrence added a special flare to the day. I could not recommend Lawrence more and would book him again for any event in the future.

We hired Lawrence for our rehearsal dinner at Crystal Springs Resort and had the best experience working with him. He is incredibly kind, professional, and has the best presence while performing. He is extremely timely in responding to you from start to finish and we felt extremely heard in our requests etc. Our friends and family had so many good thinks to say about him and we loved every song he played. I’m of the mindset that a live band isn’t going to recreate the songs I love as good as the songs themselves, especially not just one person with a guitar, but boy was I wrong. Lawrence has such a joy, kindness, talent, and warmness to his performance, it takes all the songs you know and love and deepens them to their core. He is also so fun and funny, making everyone comfortable and loose, he truly added so much to the day. He was truly a highlight and I highly suggest him. I mean, he rocked a mustache and actually made it look cool. He’s the best.

Lawrence played at an annual summer party this year and man, were we all so happy he did. For the entire 6 hour gig he continuously kept the energy going and played such a great combination of music to please everyone. We absolutely loved his style as it fit the mood beautifully. Lawrence is a truly talented guitarist and has such a pleasant voice. He was a joy to work with, the booking process was seamless and he was very attentive to all of our song/performance preferences—incorporating everything we had discussed prior to the event. Party guests from 5-75 years old were engaged, entertained and dancing all night. Lawrence added such a fun and special “life” to the party.
