We have used Joel and his staff for multiple events at our business. They are always very professional and make our events so much more fun! He is always very helpful with planning our events and offers good suggestions and ideas. I love that I am able to spend more time with our customers and know that the bar is taken care of. We already have two more events planned!

Absolutely would never recommend this place for anything! They supplied the alcohol for my daughter’s wedding and they wouldn’t serve the groom! His brother was cut off after one drink, my other daughter was cut off after 3 drinks as well as many others! They stopped serving at 10 pm. When we tried to ask questions that night no one would listen to us!! Do your self a favor and never hire these people!!!!!

We had LBS do a cash bar for us at a large event and it was great. Joel is a super awesome and helpful while we were planning. It is nice to work with someone who has the logistics down so you can just throw a good party!

We had Licensed Bar Services provide the beverages for our company Christmas party. We had a last minute problem with our original company who was to provide the adult beverages and Joel was able to help me out in a pinch. We used Licensed Bar Services for a wedding in Fort Wayne at the Freemasons Hall for 270 people. They followed all our requests (specific alcohol brands, hot cider for a tequila cocktail). They are a vender that you don't have to check up on over and over. We had a champagne toast for all 270 guests. The bartenders filled the glasses in less than 15 minutes; the toast went off flawlessly. I will always use Licensed Bar Services whenever I have an event in Fort Wayne.

We had my husband’s 50th birthday at our home and Amber was our bartender and she went above and beyond!! She provided excellent service and was willing to stay long as we needed to extend the time we originally requested. She was ahead of schedule and had everything set and ready to roll when the party started! Request Amber at your next party!!

Joel and his team are amazing! They provided the bar service for our March wedding and were so kind and helpful both the night of the event and throughout the entire planning process! The bartenders are great! The selection of alcohol and beer was better than I could have expected. They treated the guests well. The variety of soda was great too! And I liked they has cups for kids!

LBS provided bar service for my daughter's wedding on 3/31/18. Joel and staff were courteous, efficient and responsive. They kept track of the entire venue and took outstanding care of my guests. I highly recommend if quality bar services are needed.

There would not have been a reception without Joel and the Licensed Bar Services. He informed me of so many things that I was not aware had to be taken care of when having a reception at a public venue. He walked me through the whole process. He even told me how much wine, beer, soft drinks, and ice that we would need. I highly recommend the Licensed Bar Services if you need a bartender!

I hired Licensed Bar Services for a corporate event at the very last minute. Joel was extremely kind and helped us fast-track the license's approval so that we could make the most of our evening. He was still able to provide a large selection of drinks for our international visitors thanks to his inventory strategy and the bartender for the evening was awesome. We booked Joel last minute for my little sister's wedding. Not only was he a fantastic addition to the party, he really went above and beyond what we were hoping or expecting. In between helping our attendees with their beverages, I caught him grabbing empty bottles and cups from tables. He was polite, he was engaging. He didn't need told what to do or where to go. He was helpful provide insight before the event as to what to provide and what he would provide. I will recommend him again and again.

They work with your budget and preferences, and if you have zero knowledge about alcohol, they give recommendations and work with you to create the perfect custom drink. Prior to booking bar services for my wedding reception I knew I wanted someone who was organized and timely yet flexible. I was concerned with my final count as many people didn't RSVP and knew flexibility would be key. I could not have asked for better service. Licensed Bar Services was timely, prepared and very friendly on the day of our celebration. I was impressed with our bartender's ability to cater to so many guests and keep everyone happy. We liked using Licensed Bar Services, they had good service and were professional. They are a bit pricey up front, but you do receive a refund for any alcohol that your guests do not consume, sans a 30% restocking fee.

We chose Licensed Bar Services to tend bar at our wedding reception and they were great! After dealing with Joel on the phone, we found that not only were they the most affordable service available, but also very flexible. We chose beer and wine for our guests but I wanted to have a special bottle available for my best man and I. After contacting Joel to add that to our order, he informed me that the liquor bottles they offer would be more than just two people would need and allowed us to bring our own to give to the bartender for her to serve to us. I would have never expected that sort of honesty and thoughtfulness from a bartending service. As an added bonus, Joel was even there the day of the event to make sure that everything was set up and running smoothly. It was great to see him taking the time to make sure everything was perfect for us. The staff was very courteous and friendly and the service was excellent! I would recommend them to anyone that is in need of bartending service, you won't be let down!

Joel and his group are amazing! They bartended for a nonprofit fundraiser for LaunchPad Foundation and guests enjoyed the signature beverages they created to go along with the theme. They hosted a beer tasting and his attention to deal was impeccable and the guests enjoyed his enthusiasm and knowledge. I found Joel's company online randomly while searching for a bartending company to cater to my wedding. There aren't many companies in Fort Wayne that offer a bartending only service. We were planning on having about 250 guests, and wanted a company who was professional, personable, and reasonably priced. I made first contact with Joel and we immediately started our planning process. He ran an estimate based on types of alcohol and guest consumption, and was spot on! Best thing was that Joel works with the customer to make their day special. He did everything we asked of him, was very personable, and even went out of his way a few times for us. This was the best and most stress-free decision we made for our special day and we would fully recommend Joel and his company.

Joel really knows what he is doing! One phone call got the ball rolling and we were able to turn all of our son's wedding reception bar and beverage responsibilities over to him. It allowed us to focus on other things and we were able to truly enjoy the evening. We thought he was a bit low on the suggested amount of beer for the event and chose to provide more than his recommended amount. He was spot on and we took our extra beer home with us. He can be trusted 100 percent. The bartenders were top of the line, professional, friendly and very accommodating. Perfection!

Joel and Fort Wayne Bar Service provides us with fantastic service for our wedding last weekend. Choosing Fort Wayne Bar Service was one of the best decisions I made for my wedding. Joel knows what he is doing and it is evident! He is flexible in that you can have him provide everything from soda to hard liquor or you can mix and match (we purchased the wine and beer and delivered it to him the week prior to the wedding). The two bartenders were so friendly and professional- it was so nice to know we didn't have to worry about anything at all. We were extremely satisfied with Licensed Bar Service and would use them again in a heartbeat & highly recommend them to anyone who needs a bar caterer for any event.

Joel and his staff did a great job for our son's wedding in Oct. 2012 for 200 plus guest. The lines moved very quickly and never heard a complaint.

Licensed bar services not only did an amazing job, were so much fun, so nice and understanding but they also did our wedding with only two weeks notice! Our reception hall changed what they had said two weeks before the wedding so we had to find someone to serve the alcohol last minute. Not only did they fill in but they were so nice and understanding... all the guests said great things about the service they received all night!

Joel and his crew were awesome. I had a wedding that had about 150 people and most were of drinking age. The only time I ever saw a line was when ALL of our guest did a shot with me and my groom....and even then the line was gone before the dj finished playing one song. I was also a bride that was living in one city and planning a wedding in another. Joel was great with communication and also got along with our caterer (working things out among themselves). Great Job! I can not be happier.
