My name is Natasha Carter! I am a graduate of Howard University (B.A- Broadcast Journalism). I am a multimedia journalist and live event emcee.

Currently, I am a reporter, producer and editor at (link hidden), covering uplifting stories on health advocacy, women empowerment, lifestyle and community affairs. I am passionate about staying close to the moniker "News You Can Use",creating positive stories of members of our bustling society.

I also have a love for hosting events that pump up a crowd! I’ve recently hosted events for Netflix, NASCAR, Barbie & Sodastream! I strive to have a personable, engaging demeanor that breaks people out of their shell and sparks them to have fun!

I am also the creator and host of the award winning youtube channel, The Weave Whisperer. The Weave Whisperer was selected out of thousands of applicants to take part in YouTube's Next Up contest. The Weave Whisperer has also hosted a series by Story Corps called "When We Listen" in the initiative to be a creator of change. Always marrying entertainment with education, The Weave Whisperer was also selected to produce a segment for YouTube's Women in Comedy program.

In addition to reporting and writing, I hold a Business Administration certificate and a Marketing certificate from Georgetown University's School of Continuing Studies. I am passionate about education and creating a space for entrepreneurs who are journalists.
