Sunny did a great job being a motivational speaker at our event! His speech was engaging and motivating alot of people came up to me and explained how his speech was fun to listen and very inspiring (which is exactly what i wanted) im glad i chose sunny as my motivational speaker at my event it was really worth it.
Sunny was booked for a Mental Health and self-care workshop for our team of volunteers at KPU / KSA Peer Support. He facilitated the workshop to help us motivate volunteers to better prepare them for their role in supporting others. Our volunteers noted that the workshop was supportive and interactive. We loved hearing about his lived experiences, and we also hoped for knowledge that would be new, fresh, and groundbreaking.
We truly appreciated his upbeat and welcoming personality. Thank you, Sunny, for the positive impact and motivation to help our volunteers to succeed in their own path! We truly appreciate his knowledge, lived experiences, and wisdom.
Sunny was booked for my team and ran a workshop about managing mental health and coping mechanisms. He made the session very easy to understand, interactive and was very approachable before and after the session. He is a very friendly, passionate and professional person. Highly recommended!
Sunny did an excellent job being the emcee at our company wide event; he was funny, engaging and captured the attention of the audience. Sunny made the crowd laugh, gave valuable tips, and many people reached out to him afterwards for their own personal events. I highly recommend Sunny to emcee your next event, you will not be disappointed, he does a great job!
It was my first time taking on life-coaching. Did not know what to expect but I’m so glad I went forth with this! Upon discussing several disempowering beliefs I was withholding, Sunny encouraged me to challenge these beliefs and break them down in a progressive manner. As a result of the 5 individualized sessions I’ve taken with him over the past few months, I've felt a greater self-control over my own thoughts, beliefs and emotions. This is truly a self-investment and a potential for real personal growth and encourage everyone to try it out :) We could all use a little coaching in our lives one way or another. - Harmeet

I will help out as needed. If you need me to help promote the event or help set up, I am willing to step in.
I also am very flexible in my approach. If you need me to change the format, slides or no slides, activities, no activities, story telling, more educational, I am willing to work with you.
I will also show up before hand to speak with the organizers, the guest and stay back after to answer any questions.
From the age of 5, my life was anything but easy. It started with my parent's divorce, being told I would not amount to much, all the way from not doing well in school and being bullied for the way I looked and spoke.
All of these ruined my confidence and self-esteem. I did whatever I could do to get other's acceptance. Even if it was not to bring up my feelings or talk about how someone had wronged me.
Growing up I was taught that you do not speak up because keeping the peace is important. You do whatever you can to be nice to others. You do not cry or talk about feelings. These would negatively and positively impact me later in life.
Once I went to university, I became a more confident person. As a result, I started standing up for myself more. The issue was that I had suppressed so many of my emotions from childhood that I exploded on people and had so much resentment. This damaged my relationships.
It took a few years, but through going to therapy, educating myself and shedding old school south asian beliefs, I started to see relationships and mental health in a different way. I started to see that conflict is normal. Boundaries are normal. Tough conversations are normal. I take this approach with everyone in my life now and my relationships are so much more fulfilling.
Being taught to treat people with respect has served me well. I am very empathic to others, I love to help them and it allows me to connect and be vulnerable with them. I also have built up enough confidence to be proud to be vulnerable and see expressing my emotions and getting help as a strength especially as a man.
I now help my clients shed old school south asian beliefs so they can live an authentic life on their own terms, have tough conversations, build boundaries and be more emotionally aware.
