We had two waitstaff and a bartender to help with a large holiday party. The staff were generally excellent. The bartender did put up a sign asking for tips which seemed a bit odd for a party in a private home. We had trouble communicating with Lore Salad before the party; they did not get messages from GigSalad and the phone number on GigSalad is apparently obsolete. Eventually we made contact with someone who agreed to a modified schedule but that was never communicated to the staff. It seemed that the staff was sub- or sub-sub-contracted. Nevertheless, they did a fine job, and were especially thorough with cleanup.
