Sean Phillips has been performing and studying the art of magic for nearly a decade.
He began his career performing in seedy bars and night clubs around the Twin Cities, and has since worked his way up to performing for Fortune 500 companies, major colleges and universities, exclusive charity galas, and high-end private parties.
He has won awards for his close-up magic from the International Brotherhood of Magicians, and has worked as an illusion designer and consultant for theater companies and fellow performers.
We hired Sean to entertain a group attending management meetings. He did a great job of tying together the theme of our meeting with his illusions. He was easy to work with, responded in a timely manner, was very professional and a fun surprise for our attendees.

Sean specializes in working with clients who want unique entertainment. Rather than relying on fake boxes and hidden mirrors, he prefers minimalist illusions based around sleight-of-hand, psychological techniques, and showmanship.
Using a few simple props, such as a deck of cards or a borrowed coin, Sean creates miracles more astonishing than illusionists with a trailerload of apparatus. He is equally comfortable performing close-up magic for a small handful of people as he is presenting large stage shows for an audience of hundreds.
