Making Faces & Twists

These review details are inaccurate. I arrived at the event at 3:56pm, set up, asked the host how many guests she’s expecting, this is so I can measure my pace and time, she snarled back “well the party just started so I’m sure there will be a few”. I ask this question at the start of every party. I greeted everyone that sat in my chair with a smile, conversed with parents and painted. In total, 12 guests got painted so there was a lot of idle time. Some adults including the host, got their faces painted. At a point, the host bumped my table knocking over all of my supplies, I cleaned and set back up. I asked if she was ready to get painted, she responded “I’m not sure if you want to after I knocked over everything” I said “of course I do”. While painting her face she expressed how bad everything was going for her that day because of the rainy weather, I tried to lighten the mood, complimenting her home, the rodeo theme, and the cookie designs. While painting the host she asked me if I could paint balls(explicit) on her brothers face, we laughed, she then encouraged him to get his face painted which ultimately he got Spider-Man. My time ended at 6pm, so I began to pack up at 6:02. I was fully packed up by 6:06. I saw the host outside as I was leaving, she said “Thank you so much, everything was great”.
After receiving this review I’m completely shocked because of how I’m portrayed. If I had a negative attitude then how did we laugh and converse throughout the party? If it was “awful” why not ask me to leave and get a refund? Customer service, I communicate, bring all supplies including table and chair, I painted the guests in which the hosts review indicate the great quality of work, so I’m confused about how to improve that. I reached out to this customer to get feedback on exactly she was speaking about, no response. A 1-star review is pretty irrational when services were rendered and no real “negative” details were given.
