Trained Professional vocalist who sings ALL genres for ALL events (weddings, funerals, private events, etc)
So I was expecting her to hit super high notes and go crazy loud with the song I choose for my wedding. When she saw the setup (the mood was more like a candle lit dinner) the way she took the song and blended it into the background of my ceremony was perfect, she sounded like an angel singing down from the heavens. I so appreciate an artist that can analyze a situation and adjust. I would recommend her for all live singing events.
Mara is a must book! She provided beautiful vocals for our wedding ceremony, including my walk down the aisle, accompanied by the talented Rose on acoustic guitar. We provided Mara with a list of songs we loved and left the rest to her- with that she created beautiful musical stylings/renditions that made our ceremony so special. Our guests were enamored and could not stop talking about our wedding performers and neither could we!
Mara was phenomenal! She had a beautiful voice, even in the freezing cold she performed beautifully! She was on time, easy to communicate with and professional. Highly recommend. Would love to see her in concert one day.

Mara Love was great! She provided us a 3-song set (approx. 15 mins in length) for a virtual conference we hosted recently. Her performance was positioned as a couch concert during one of our breaks. Attendees loved it!
She was quick in response - we reached out to her over a weekend and she circled back with the recorded video - herself and two members of her band - by end of day on Monday evening!
We'll use her again for sure!

Microphone(s) is(are) not required if the venue space is intimate or has good acoustics.
If using tracks and sound check is unavailable before the event, give 10-15 mins for a sound check before the time scheduled for the event.
If using live instruments (provided), set aside 10-15 for a soundcheck/run with band/orchestra.
If you require a specific wardrobe for the event there is a $10 charge.
There is traveling fee of charge per mile outside of Chicago.
If instruments are required (no tracks) but not provided there is a $25 charge for one (piano or guitar), $50+ for additional (full band/orchestra)
Personal songs - if you request a song to be made for a specific person or “topic” for your event, there is a $50 charge per song.
