Overview
The Marina Winds are a Long Beach based wind quintet serving the Los Angeles and Orange County areas. We play a variety of styles from the traditional classical repertoire to pop tunes and soundtracks. The unique sound of a wind quintet combined with our professional, easygoing attitudes makes us the perfect choice for weddings, parties, and special events!

I invited Marina Winds to play a one hour concert during my holiday party a few weeks ago and couldn't be happier with the way everything turned out. Rachel and her fellow musicians were friendly, professional, easy to coordinate with, and incredibly talented. The music was superb. They played several different pieces (classical at my request although they offered to play holiday music as well), and the brief introduction to each was just right. It was the highlight of the party. I'm still hearing from friends about it several weeks later. I would highly recommend working with them/hearing them play if you have the chance!

What to Expect
Five musicians (flute, oboe, clarinet, bassoon, and horn) who genuinely love what they do - and are good at it!
A wide variety of styles - we can play nothing but Beethoven or bust out tunes from Frozen (and yes, we do take requests)!
Prompt replies and simple booking - we understand you've got a lot to worry about. We won't be one of those things.

Made up of musicians from San Francisco Conservatory, the University of Southern California, University of California Los Angeles, California State University Long Beach, and Chapman University, the Marina Winds are a group of professional musicians that will give your event a unique and personal touch. Playing a variety of music from the classical canon to Pirates of the Caribbean, the Marina Winds are a versatile group who will compliment the mood of your event. Professional, prompt, and easygoing, we promise we'll also be the easiest people you work with!

We are a woodwind quintet, so we are best suited for small to medium size venues, indoor or outdoor.
