The Professionals Package: This package is ideal for the professional couple who have a clear vision of what their special day and related celebrations should look like, but simply do not have the time to create it on their own. By meeting with you and getting a detailed understanding of your needs and wishes, we will then guide you in organizing your perfect day. We will assist you in venue selection and vendor recommendations, arrange meetings on your behalf, attend site visits, provide design assistance and more. In addition, we will care for all of your day of specifics by guiding you and your wedding party, by ensuring that all timelines are met and by affirming that your wedding day is exactly as you dreamed it would be.

The Essentials Package: This package is perfect for our couples who have a clear vision of their special day and who have a hands-on approach. They also have the time and the necessary assistance from family and/or friends to plan many of the the details. They simply need some qualified guidance in connecting to the most fitting industry professionals, in the mapping out and the creation of day of timelines and diagrams, and in having the confidence and assurance that no details will be left behind. You will be provided with a seasoned wedding and events planner to be on site the day of your wedding, coordinating all day-of details and timelines. Your day will be stress free as we will make certain that everything flows perfectly. Your only job will be to enjoy this momentous occasion!

Corporate Event Planning:

Who says corporate events have to be all business?! Why not come to wine country for your next corporate event and make it one that will impress and be remembered for years to come! By day we will assist with all of your meeting needs, including venue and meeting space selection, seating arrangements, audio visual requirements, daily timelines, breakfast/ lunch and break menus and daily team building activities. By night, we will arrange everything wine country has to offer, including beautiful hotel accommodations, private wine tastings and cocktail receptions, exclusive dinner arrangements and after glows, and of course all necessary transportation for you and your team!
