On April 9th 1990 Marvel Sinclair Carraway was born at Meclod Hosptial in Florence South Carvel. Marvel began drumming at a very young age. Coming from a pentecostal family where he was raised and were exposed to wonderful music. Marvel really never got the chance to play while he was small but it never stop him from learning and growing.
During his teen years is where he started to understand different kinds of musical instruments and also have much knowledge about all kinds of music. In junior high and high school is where he began to play in band class, gospel choir and marching band class. In high school is where he figure out he wanted to be a drummer because anything in high school that had anything dealing with music he wanted to be part of. While in high school is where he became to started to research on well know drummers like Vinnie Collaiuta, Buddy Rich, Max Roach, Dennis Chamber, Steve Smith and others. Marvel begin to focus on drums and how it could be a part of his life and make it as a career.
