Matt Matthews Magic

Wow -- my daughter had the most wonderful 5th preschool birthday because of Matt! All of the kids loved him -- even the two 11-year olds in attendance. His magic show was pitched perfectly and then he made amazing balloons for all the kids (Elsa, Anna, Olaf, Rapunzel, unicorns, Ariel, and more). I was awed by his ability to make such a range of balloons. My 5th-grade daughter wants to book him for her next birthday, too! I feel lucky I found him -- he truly made the birthday party a hit! And the parents loved him, too. Highly, highly recommended!

We hired Matt to perform a 30 minute magic show and then create his balloon masterpieces for my daughter's 1st Birthday Party. To say the kids loved him is an understatement. He was engaging, funny, and patient and kept the kids entertained the entire time (we had him for 2 hours). They were still talking about the magic show and playing with their balloon creations the next morning and asking if we were going to hire him next year too. Anything the kids asked for he did...turkey, deer, princesses, super heros, mini mes...he was unbelievable. I would recommend Matt to anyone for any party (the adults loved him too).

I hired Matt for a casual restaurant grand opening. We had not met, I just found him online thinking he'd be cooler than a creepy clown. he exceeded my expectations. He's personable, talented and professional. The kids and adults (me included) alike were transfixed. A great choice for your event!

I hired Matt to create his balloon masterpieces for the City of New Haven's family-friendly festivities leading up to our Fourth of July fireworks. Once the first kid received his balloon--a Spider-Man that he could wear on his head--they started lining up in droves. Matt was always happy to oblige, though, making sure each each and every kid left with a smile and a creation of their own, whether it was a superhero, a funky hat, or their very own life-sized Olaf (from Disney's 'Frozen'). I would highly recommend him for your event!

We hired Matt for an event on the CT shoreline called the Shoreline Kidz Expo. While we offered Matt breaks (and he should take them!), he created balloon animals and more for hundreds of kids at the event. With more than 500 people in attendance, I saw almost every family with at least one balloon creation! The line was consistent through the day, but Matt continued to keep the kids happy as each walked away with theirs to keep. Matt is hard working and professional!

We booked Matt for a company picnic last September and he was a hit!! From the moment he set up he was busy making his balloons for the kids and adults until the function was over. I would recommend him highly to anyone!

Matt is AWESOME! I think the adults were just as excited as the kids to see what he was going to create next! I was in awe when I saw him in action at a function that he was hired for, which prompted me to hire him for my son's preschool class.
