I have known Me'lanie for years and finally had an opportunity to have her perform at an event. She arranged for multiple performers to be present for a specific amount of hours. Me'lanie has performed at my annual New Year's Eve party the Champagne Ball for two years and the guests always love her energy, dancing and outfits. The event is attended by professionals who are required to dress for the occasion, the accepted dress code is: cocktail attire up to black tie. Guests range from 30 to 60 years of age.

Each area of service requires different materials, set-up, etc. so it depends on which service you are booking & what you request as far as costume, event, music, needs, theme, etc.. (Please see stage/set-up requirements section for the short, base list of given standards).
Standard info:
Performances & Services are provided in sets of time (each role different), NOT a straight shot of time/marathon (unless just 1 performance).
To expedite the process & to make sure that there's a clear understanding & to provide a better quote: Please provide AS MUCH INFO as possible here *AND* also please ask any questions that you may have regarding your inquiry.
** Remember: it is possible to BOOK MULTIPLE TALENT/PROFESSIONALS thru Me'lanie Talent! Please specify that if it's needed. Note~ GoGo's are usually booked as a minimum of 2 dancers (duo). **
Here's a list to help you provide the details needed:
1. WHO (are you & whom are you representing? Your business's name or clarify if a personal event; your role/title/position & are you the one authorized to hire & pay? Note: booking contract must be executed with the authorized payer);
2. WHAT (please specify type of talent you're wishing to book; is the event/project; budget; # of talent you're in need of. If you're not sure & need ideas or suggestions let me know);
3. WHERE (event location/venue name & full address);
4. WHEN (is the event/project~ day, date & hours wanted for booking ~start/stop time);
5. Any & all other specific details. Examples are:
what kind of atmosphere/crowd/music/theme; any other performers/talent there & that info; is there a dj or live music, is there a sound system; is there an open stage;
what is the set-up & timeline of party's events;
any special costumes/outfits/wardrobe/hair & makeup & are they provided;
any special materials needed;
are travel & hotel provided for outside of PDX metro;
any contracts/documents required (we have our own booking contract); is there a private, secured dressing room for us, etc... you get the idea.
6. Any questions that you may have related to your event/project.

~~ As for working conditions/needs. Here are some given standards:
* A Professional, Respectful, Safe, Drama/ Drug/ Harassment Free working environment.
*For events it is standard to include a minimum of one assistant/escort for each performer/talent/worker (2 may be required @ private homes & large or rowdy events for safety).
*Free bottled water is a standard provision while working at an event. No Nestlé please (we are Pro human rights)!
*For Performer role: a separate, private & secure/locked dressing/"green" room area (safe, easy to access, clean, temp 70-74°F, well lit, full mirror, clean/clear table or very large counters, minimum 2 clean/clear chairs per performer, working clock, working & accessible/available plug ins, bottled water~No Nestlé please, napkins/paper towels, garbage bin. Females separated from males & always away from customers/guests/clients, preferably something to hang costumes up on).
*For Service Role: easy to access, well lit, clean, safe & secure (or locked area) for belongings.
*For dancing/performing (in general): a dry, safe, smooth & sturdy space to perform in/on (with security in places like bars, clubs, concerts, EDM events, anywhere people are drinking alcohol or may get extra excited or rowdy, etc...).
*For GoGo dancing: a safe/secure stage or smaller platform box/cube (Square) size of 4x4 is generally the standard.
Other shaped platforms are more dangerous & limiting but can be considered. Bar tops are on a strict case by case basis (needing something sturdy to hold onto & no drinks being placed around dancer) but usually it's just NOT safe for anyone & NOT practical.
