Melanie was great with keeping the drinks we provided - beer, wine bourbon and 2 soda options for mixers served to our guests. Payment is required at the end of the night and she asked my husband and I multiple times in front of guests for payment which we were able to do, but was quite a lot during the midst of the reception etc. One of the many reasons we had a hired planner to delegate payments etc. but the ball was dropped there. I would recommend, and use her services again for events in the future.
