Every participant rated her with five stars. They loved her interaction with the audience along with awesome examples of resiliency. She helped us with burnout prevention, increasing retention and job satisfaction. I believe many participants now feel closer as a team and more unified because Michelle created a safe space to learn and also think outside the box. I highly recommend her for any future conference. She is a ball of energy and fun to work with.
