Wow! What a fantastic presentation Mike Duffy did at Stanford. He spoke to the group about happiness and all that it takes to be happy and we were blown away. Inherently we all know that happiness comes from the inside and yet Mike was able to show how our happiness manifests itself in others and spreads to those we love. By examining what makes us happy and how we can determine our own level of happiness, Mike guided us to a happier place. It was just a great event! Thanks, Mike, for your presentation!
