We were very pleased with the services provided by Mimzy's. Donna was very accommodating through the entire planning process. The children who were in at the block party were delighted with their balloon art and face paintings. We will look to work with them again in the future. The only thing we would like to see different would be is a little more professional attire being that we represent the Governor & First Lady of Pennsylvania. Thank you for helping make our event a huge success!!!
