You will be charged $2 per mile for additional miles over 25 miles of Modesto, CA .
I have used Modesto Balloons for all my events over the last 4 years. Irena is so talented…she can make anything you want!! She does not disappoint!! She has made palm trees, balloon columns, arches with backdrops for my birthday parties, baby showers, and I am telling you, she is amazing!!!

Wow! We were amazed at the next level of talent that Modesto Balloons shared with us when she was at our party. She made the coolest ninja (for our ninja party), balloon bracelets, laser guns out of balloons (which were pretty awesome to the adults, too), and so many more cool balloon ideas for the kids. She is awesome and we were floored by how cool everything turned out. High recommended for your party! We will be booking again 🙂

Irina was very thorough with the design and was all prepared. Before finalizing the design she double checked with me that I liked the design and asked for the feedback. We had a great experience with Irina from Modest Balloons. She communicated well well, arrived early, and did an excellent job making balloon animals and objects for the guests. One guest commented she was the best balloon artist he had ever seen. I would highly recommend.
