For EVENTS I can be hired as a singer with your preferred band or I can provide a band. We can do up to three 45 minute sets of covers. Various rates apply depending on event needs.

She had all of my guests in tears and brought new, incredible life to songs I’ve long loved. You cannot put a price on having this kind of talent at your event.
We hired Molly to sing at our wedding and she had myself and most of the guests in tears. Her voice is so beautiful! Her singing “At Last” was such a highlight and she had everyone up on the dance floor.

Molly Durand can be hired for session work and record vocals for your project or she can sing at your live event with band. She can sing all styles, and will take requests or build a set to suit the event needs. Based in LA but willing to travel. Acoustic, Pop/Rock, Funk/Disco, Jazz/Blues, Folk/Country, Clasical, Celtic, R&B, Soul, Gospel & can sing with DJ over any track or style & can improvise. The band can do up to three 45 minute sets. 4 hours is also possible depending.
For recording needs Molly can record remotely in her studio with pro-tools or at a local studio and send files or she can meet at preferred studio. Avail for top-line, demos, backing vox, harmonies, collab, writing, jingles etc.
Molly Durand is recording artist based in LA. She works as a session singer and has placed her songs on film & TV. She writes jingles and songs when commissioned. She works regularly as a vocalist on several various albums as a featured artist or as a backing vocalist/harmony etc. Molly started singing at a young age and early on she was a classically trained, and had the opportunity to work with some of the greatest classical conductors of the 20th century, Sir Gorge Solti and Christoph Eschenbach, alongside the Chicago Symphony Orchestra and Chorus at Orchestra Hall and Medina Temple. In 2001, Molly performed the American premiere of The Marriages Between Zones 3, 4 & 5 by renowned minimalist composer Phillip Glass. Molly Durand has worked with the LadySmith Black Mumbazzo choir and famed gospel composer and conductor Richard Smallwood.
In Los Angeles, Molly Durand was chosen to read and sing for the part of Anne Wilson of HEART in their musical review: Kick It Out. This was showcased at Playtone Studios, beside Tom Hanks, Rita Wilson & HEART. Molly worked with Holland Taylor during the writing process and rehearsal of The Ann Richards Play. Molly performed and worked on Leslie Jordans working musical comedy based on the Southern Baptist Church. Molly has performed live at almost every venue in LA and since the pandemic she has also become what she calls a "virtual busker." She takes requests via Venmo & performs the songs in beautiful parts of nature and records and posts online. She then receives tips for the songs through her venmo @TheTravelingSiren
Cover Band For Live events can be
1. Stripped down acoustic - Me and Guitar. (we can bring amp/mic)
2. Basic Band - Guitar, Bass, Drums. (we can bring amp/mic)
3. Full band - Keys, Guitar, Bass, Percussion, drums, horns, wind, guitar, backing vocals. ( We would need to discuss the sound and may prefer a PA for this size)
