Hi, I'm Molly! I assume you need to hire a bartender for your event and you came to the right place! I'm a very experienced bartender and mixologist and have been bartending for about 10 years in restaurants and started my own mobile bartending business 2 years ago. I've bartended at high end restaurants here in San Diego and in Las Vegas, and have a background in craft cocktails. Guests are always impressed with my drinks at events! I can make simple cocktails, but prefer to elevate drinks with well balanced and fresh ingredients.

I hired Molly for my 40th birthday party. It was a casual event with about 50-75 people at my home. I was all over the place with drink offering ideas and she helped me narrow it down and provide a shopping list, including telling me where to pick up the best lime juice. She also helped find someone that I could hire to help out at the party. My guest said good things about her too. I’d hire her again for another event.

I was so glad we were able to book Molly for our event! She came and setup before the guests arrived and took care of everything with the bar for the rest of the night, even helped us clean up a little. We didn't have to worry about a thing. She helped us create a specialty meu for the party, but also knew how to make other drinks off the menu that were still so good! All my guests were raving about her drinks the next day. I started my mobile bartending business 2 years ago and have bartended and worked all kinds of events, so I have a wide range of knowledge and can give great recommendations for your event. I typically assist all my clients with cocktail/drink suggestions, help with a customized menu, and a shopping list for you. If I'm booked for your event day, I have other experienced and qualified bartenders that are able to work.
I’m insured with liability and have my bartending license from the California ABC. I can send over my paperwork to the event venues and add them to the additional insured if need be.
