I found Marissa by chance through this site, and I am so glad I did! I had initially scheduled someone I've worked with before to perform belly dance at my friend's restaurant in Agoura. Due to unforeseen circumstances, that young lady had to cancel, so I turned to Google with the hopes of finding someone in the Los Angeles area who could possibly take over in her absence. With only 2 days before my night out, I knew most dancers would be booked for the weekend. Then I found Marissa through this site, and the rest is history.

When we spoke on the phone, she was very pleasant and professional. While she was also scheduled for a performance for another event later that evening, she said she would be able to do a set for us. Perfect! I let her know the location would be at a Kurdish restaurant in Agoura Hills for myself and my two guests (both of whom are Armenian), the time we would be there, and per another positive review, inquired (in a round about way) of her use of Armenian music for a previous celebration. Marissa was so accommodating during our conversation, and she immediately offered to include a few Armenian tracks for her set before I even had to ask.

I gave her the address, and on our meet up day, she let me know when she was on her way to the restaurant, as well as when she arrived. Even though she only had time to do one set, she did NOT disappoint. What a superb performance she offered us! My friends loved her entire show (which included both a sword and fan dance), they were happily surprised by the music she picked specifically for us, one of the ladies got up and danced with her, and the restaurant staff and other patrons enjoyed the entertainment she provided for the evening.

I definitely feel the quality of Marissa's show and accommodating personality was well worth the investment. Her willingness to work with me on such short notice, and especially with regards to playing some Armenian music for my friends, ensured that we ALL had as much fun as possible in the time she provided for us. I highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a top-notch, quality performer, and I will absolutely hire Marissa again for another show!

Marissa was great to work with. She gave a great show for a birthday party at the Ararat Home for my elderly mother. Everyone was thrilled as she included some traditional Armenian music and dances. Thank you for making it a memorable day.

...and a person Marissa is! I've got only great things to say for her. Like all Matron (or maid) of Honors, I only wish to give the bride (my older sister) and the groom a Couples Shower that both can look back and say "that was a beautiful and romantic night."

Marissa was easy to talk to, very receptive of any suggested ideas for her show and I truly appreciate her promptness to respond to any calls or texts. The exotic, colorful costumes were just spectacular. Her movements were full of grace and confidence that mesmerized everyone. And as a performer myself, I know and I can say that Marissa dances with passion and sincerity.

And yes, that night was beautiful and romantic.

Marissa danced for my 50th birthday party. Everyone was amazed with her dancing and the interaction she had with the crowd was great! We so enjoyed having her. Will definitely use her again and recommend her to others.

I came across Marissa from Moon Goddess Entertainment by good old fashion luck. This was my first time trying to book a performer for my wife’s 40th birthday party. The party that I threw was cocktail attire with a Los Angeles rooftop vibe. I needed someone that was beautiful, sexy, and had a great personality to entertain my guest. Marissa was that person. In all honestly I do not think her pictures on this website does her justice. My guest were amazed with her performance as well as her beauty. My wife especially like her. Prior to the event Marissa offered reasonable rates and she kept in communication with me the whole way. She made me feel comfortable doing business with her. I would recommend Marissa to anyone needing entertainment for a special event. She is very professional, she is an artist, and she is definitely someone I would do business with again. If you want to turn your event up a notch you definitely want to book Marissa.

Great show we wanted transitional entertainment to create a Luau atmosphere before the normal traditional German Band went on... Moon Goddess Delivered!

I hired Marissa to perform for my daughter's 34th Bollywood Birthday Bash. She was easy to communicate with, always responding promptly. I have never used a service like this and Marissa certainly made the process easy, enjoyable and stress free. She arrived promptly for the event, dressed beautifully and ready to entertain. Marissa performed wonderfully and put on a never-a-dull-moment show. All eyes were on her throughout her entire performance - and believe me I was watching! Her costume/props were gorgeous. She was engaging with the guests and paid special attention to my daughter. She got everyone involved (without embarrassing anyone) and throughout the evening I heard what every host wants to hear, "That was amazing!"
Above all, Marissa was just the sweetest thing! She was patient while taking various photos, an absolute joy to have at our party. And although I knew she had another performance to get to she never made us feel rushed. You would be doing yourself a disservice by not choosing her for your event - honestly. I give Marissa my highest recommendation and will certainly be using her services again.

My family just recently got the great pleasure of having Marrissa come perform for a surprise 50th Hawaiian themed birthday party And she was absolutely amazing!
Her performance was wonderful and very colorful never leaving you unentertained . If the music itself doesn't make you want to get up off your feet , Marissa really does such a wonderful job bringing the audience come out and show off those dance moves she was just doing herself. Really allowing us all to enjoy and take part ! She was really easy to get a hold of and very personal making sure your needs were met to ensure a huge success for any event !
I would highly recommend her and will defiantly keep her number handy for any other events in the future.

Marissa was very prompt upon calling for the event. She was very flexible to my needs for the event. Her performance was beautiful and suitable for the guests. She focused on the bride which was important to me. She was very sweet to everyone. She was a great performer and I would hire her again for my next evenyt.

I had the pleasure of seeing Marissa-Bella perform a wonderful Show at my cousins Wedding, and her Show was absolutely spectacular!!! She is extremely talented and her Show was full of gorgeous Veils, lively drum dances, and she even did a stunning Sword Balancing act. The entire audience was completely hypnotized by her performance. She was extremely professional, and her interaction with the audience made it fun for everyone to enjoy including adults and children. In addition to her talented Belly dancing, she is also extremely beautiful. We will definitely hire her for our future Events. She was very accommodating when working with the Wedding Planners, and she made sure everything was perfect.
