With time permitted I come and set way before anyone has arrived to your event. When they arrive or when the designated start time is met, I will begin with the program or choice of music for this section of your itinerary.
I like to be set up with 6-12 feet of a power outlet. In most cases I bring my own table unless otherwise discussed.
