If you’re planning to have me at your event, here’s a quick rundown of what’s needed to keep things running smoothly:

For Live Events:

Stage & Setup:

• Stage Space: Enough room to move around freely (nothing fancy – just a space where I can engage with the audience).
• Lighting: Good, even lighting works best. If you have a spotlight, that’s cool, but not necessary.
• Seating: Whatever makes sense for the event. Auditorium or classroom-style seating tends to work well for interaction.

Sound:

• Microphone: A wireless handheld or lapel mic is great so I can move around easily.
• Speakers: Make sure the sound is clear, with no delays, so everyone can hear me.
• Backup Mic: Just in case!

A/V Setup:

• If I’m using slides or videos, a projector and screen would be needed. I’ll need a way to connect my laptop (HDMI or VGA works). I can bring my own clicker, but if you have one, that’s perfect!
• If I’m playing videos with sound, we’ll need to connect to your sound system.

Internet Access:

• If I need to demo something live online, I’ll need a reliable Wi-Fi connection or a wired internet option as a backup.

Optional Extras:

• Flip charts or a whiteboard are cool if we’re doing interactive sessions or brainstorming.

For Virtual Events:
