I received a confirmation for Gig Salad that my booking was accepted National Bartender Staffing. I was provided with that name and phone number of the supposed bartender. The bartender was scheduled to start at 5:30. At 5:45 I called her, no answer, so I left her a message. I called the staffing agency but got a voicemail. I left them a message but received no call back. Very unprofessional and very disappointing.

My sincere apologies Michael. This bartender, of course, is terminated, but she's also non-responsive to my many efforts to contact her. A full refund will be issued immediately. Also, I would like to privately offer additional gestures as this doesn't represent the service we are known to provide
