We hired Nic and Danielle to perform or our wedding ceremony and reception. Unfortunately, Nic had a family emergency and was unable to perform, but communicated this to us and sent a substitute guitar player/vocalist who was great. They played the three songs we requested beautifully and even indulged our guests in a little 90s music singalong. They were professionals, talented musicians, and our guests raved about them. I'd definitely book again for another event.

This versatile jazzy band made our party! All of the members were so talented and professional at the same time! Fun and interactive with the guests! Loved them and will hire them again!!!! The musicians were super and the singer was phenomenal as well! Hire them... you won’t be disappointed!!!!

Nic led the band members from NYCE! at our wedding reception. We gave him a list of jazz and contemporary songs we love and they played almost every single one of them. We love music, a lot. And asked Nic to play the songs in their own style and not necessarily stick to the standards. If you're having fun playing we are having more fun listening and dancing. Our guest all raved about the band and we are seconding those votes of approval. We would hire Nic every time we needed a band if we could.

Nic and the band Nyce! exceeded my expectations. They played for our ceremony and our reception and it was fantastic. Everyone loved the music and Nic was so accommodating. We had a special request to have our 12 yr old niece play a song with the band and he and the band were so receptive to have her play and it was a highlight of our evening. Nic and his band were amazing to work with. He was always very responsive when I had questions about the process, as this was my first time using GigSalad or booking a band for a party. They showed up on time, were very professional and polished, and most importantly - sounded amazing! Everyone at our party was really impressed with them. I will definitely hire them again for future events.

We hired Nic and his band for a wedding in the French Quarter. Nic was responsive from the very begining, meeting up with me to iron out the kind of music we wanted. On the big day they arrived on time and were extraordinarily professional. Most importantly, their music was excellent. They were perfect for our reception, including a beautiful rendition of Here Comes the Sun they learned for us. I highly recommend Nic and will certainly be hiring him again if hosting events in New Orleans.

We needed a 4 piece Jazz Band during a Casino Night for a convention group. Nic put brought the perfect group with a wonderful singer. Their performance was perfect for what we needed and will not hesitate to use them next time.

This was not only a remarkable achievement but Nic and his band made it extremely special.

We had about 30 people start at Tropical Isle and walk with Nic and the guys playing down to Lafitte's. The birthday boy had no idea when the band started to play that this for him. Nic showed up exactly at the right time and was the nicest possible guy. The police showed up shortly after that (I had a permit) and they were infant of us and in back of us.

Words can not express how emotional it was for all of our group and Nic and his band made it possible.

Nic was a pleasure to have at a corporate reception - and he sounded great! He played just the right mix of songs allowing the guests to enjoy and at the same time talk to each other. Thanks Nic - great job!

The Public Administration Institute Student Association at LSU booked Nic Lefebvre for its annual Fall Semester Honors Reception. The event is a formal, business- and networking-oriented occasion for the Master of Public Administration Program's students, faculty, staff, alumni, and guests. Politicians, public officials, academics, business owners, and students are among the guests, and U.S. Senator Mary Landrieu was our keynote speaker this year.

We wanted a jazz band to liven up our formal event, but being a student organization, we had a limited budget after catering and decoration. Nic Lefebvre offered an incredibly competitive price, coming in $500 or more under the other bids. To be honest, they are worth twice what they charged us for the three-hour cocktail party. Everyone one of our guests complimented us for booking them.

We also needed a band that could play a variety of jazz songs to a very diverse crowd (older and younger, refined and trendy, classic and new age, etc.). We also demanded that the band be professional given the guest list. Nic Lefebvre was exceptional in meeting all of these expectations. We communicated regularly in the weeks before the event, and Nic was always prompt in responding. He and his group arrived on time, and were very understanding of playing a variety of music throughout the evening. They were pleasant, professional people.

Our 90 attendees loved the music. People of all ages, from retired professors to 20-something students, all complimented their vocals and instrumentals. The event was our best ever, and I am confident to say that the touch that made it such a success was the performance by Nic Lefebvre.

In sum, we needed a jazz group for a formal event. We were perhaps not easy to accommodate given the formality and flexibility that the event required, yet Nic worked with us every step of the way. I strongly recommend Nic Lefebvre, and we will certainly invite them back next year. Don't miss out; book them today.

Happy bride here, these guys were pros! They also pulled up the sheet music for our song and reminded me that they were going to play it, and so they did and it was great. I had forgotten during all of the mayhem. I highly recommend these guys, not only were they very good at what they do, they were all very well dressed, attractive young men!! Nice bonus! Nic put together a really great ensemble and they had everyone dancing by the end of the night.

These guys turned up at short notice and performed a stellar gig. Great voices, excellent musicians, good repertoire. I highly recommend the group.
