Nix is wonderful! We had her at my daughter's 1st birthday a couple years ago. I was looking to hire her again and I see she moved!
My husband and I hired Nixx to perform at our wedding cocktail reception. We had listened to dozens of singing guitarists in the San Antonio and Austin area but were moved by her amazingly depthful voice and range. We later saw her perform at a Ruth's Chris Steakhouse before our event and the whole restaurant was buzzing about how fantastic she was. Some diners tried to request extremely challenging songs (several by Janis Joplin) and she performed them without missing a beat.
We asked her to find another singing guitarist as my husband really wanted a duo to perform. Matt was spectacular and their performance was a highlight of our wedding! Some examples of songs she performed are:

Excellant performance! Nixx made my 25th Wedding anniversary a success! Her voice her playing of the guitar was superb and very professional!
Nixx entertained during a cocktail hour that we hosted for medical professionals within our assisted living community; she was very prompt, affordable, and provided an excellence performance, inclusive of a variety of different genres. Guests of all ages enjoyed her music and there wasn't a single song that she didn't deliver to the utmost perfection. She is highly recommended and I will certainly be booking her talents again!

I am fortunate enough to see and hear Nixx play at least once a month at the event venue I work at, and she never fails to give me goosebumps every time she sings! I was in the process of planning my wedding day when I first came across Nixx at my work. After hearing her play one song, I knew I had to get her information to not only tell more people about her, but to book her for my big day! I had Nixx play our pre-ceremony music, ceremony processional and recessional, as well as during our cocktail hour! Our guests loved her (as I knew they would) and she is always such a joy to work with! She arrives with plenty of time to get her setup situated, and is very reliable. I had total peace-of-mind using her at our wedding, and I love recommending her to anyone planning an event! She is AMAZING!

Nixx arrived as promised, was set up and was raring to go by the time my guests arrived. We pre-arranged the set list, and she definitely did NOT disappoint.
All of my guests were listening intently, clapping, cheering, videoing, and commenting to me that she was an excellent choice.
I would absolutely recommend that anyone and everyone hires her! If/when I have another event in the San Antonio area, she will be my first choice!

Nixx was amazing! Everyone loved her singing. she has a beautiful voice, and her guitar skills were awesome. She was on time, professional, and super friendly.
We first saw Nixx perform at Viola's Ventanas and knew she would be perfect to perform at our ceremony. My wife and I were married on December 12, and Nixx definitely helped to make the ceremony unforgettable. We had many guests ask who she was and how they could contact her. We've seen her several times at Viola's since the wedding and she always comes up on a break to say hi and see how we're doing. I really can't recommend her highly enough!

Nixx was a wonderful performer for our coffee house music night! She arrived early to make sure she was all set in time for her show, interacted great with my audience, and shared her great talent with us! She was even wonderful about adjusting her performance to support our celebration of Women's History Month by providing a set list of predominately female singers! The audience was very impressed with her singing and performance! We hope to bring her back again for future events!

Hi, I am Nixx! I have been on stage since I was 10-years-old and started playing the guitar at 16-years-old as a tool for songwriting after moving from my hometown in San Antonio, TX to Los Angeles, CA. While in California, I worked as a session vocalist and vocal producer and also taught vocal lessons to students ranging from 4 - 12 years old.
Now, I am committed to providing friendly service and great music for my clients.
