Overview
Combining a background in gospel choir, and traditional Kenyan and Zimbabwean music with inspirations southern Hip hop and RnB, E Odanga is redefining originality, to show the world that there's more than one way to "make it" then what most people are led to believe. From the age of 9, Odanga was writing raps being inspired by his eldest brother who was incarcerated at the time.
Since then he has done a Texas Tour in 2017 to opening for acts like Lil' Keke, WHOKILLEDKENNY, and Bas, performed for Sway in the Morning at SXSW, and over the last 3 years he has become one the Souths fast-rising stars, earning the respect of MC's at Tha Kulture, the premiere Battle Rap League in Austin, TX.
