At Once Upon A Party LLC, our fairy godmother sends our princesses out to YOU! We are insured to travel to private residences and public event spaces in and around the Erie Community. When you book with Once Upon A Party LLC, you should expect:

*the princess and royal assistant to arrive five-ten minutes prior to your party to ensure they are at the right location and parked out of sight of children and guests
*professional actors portraying your favorite character
*real-time singing. We do not lip sync, yet we encourage everyone to sing along.
*princess dancing. All children are encouraged to participate in some twirling, dress-swinging, and clapping as the princess leads them in a dance.
*Coronation Ceremony. The princess will bring a Royal Wand to officially coronate the guest of honor.
*individual interaction with guests. The princess will make her rounds and be sure to include every individual at a private party.
*commitment to time. We will stay for your entire allotted time frame.

All bookings come with a performance agreement and official itinerary so you know what will be happening step by step BEFORE we even arrive!

At Once Upon A Party LLC, we offer high-quality, life-like princesses available for parties, special events, and charity events. We offer a variety of party packages that include some or all of the following activities: meet and greets, crafts, singing, dancing, games, and more.

The Part-Time Princesses are all hired based on experience and skill and are required to observe other performers before they are on their own. All of our performers (including myself) have had training in either (or all!) childcare, early childhood education, performing arts, vocals and/or musical instruments. Our performers remain in character from the moment they arrive to the moment they leave. They are sure to enchant all of your guests!

Each package also includes our Royal Assistant who will travel with the characters to handle materials and field any questions guests may have.

All reading, craft, and game materials will be provided by the performer.
